Wegener moving on after 35 years as Family Living Editor at Harlan Newspapers

    HARLAN -- Sharon Kay Witt, 74, Harlan, died May 4 at her home.    Services will be held Friday, May 7 at 2 p.m. at Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Harlan with burial in the Cuppy’s Grove Cemetery in Harlan.  Visitation was Thursday, May 6 from 3-8 p.m. with family greeting friends from 4-7 p.m.

City of Shelby seeks title to abandoned property

E-EHK, IKMM approve supt. sharing agreement

    HARLAN -- Cletus Matthew Bud Weis, 95, Harlan, died April 29 at Elm Crest Retirement Community.    Services will be held Tuesday, May 4 at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Earling with burial in the St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Earling.  A wake service was held Monday, May 3 at 7 p.m. at the church.  Visitation was Monday from 4-8 p.m.
