PORTSMOUTH -- James D. Crawford, 72, Portsmouth, died Friday, July 3 at the VA Hospital in Omaha, NE.    Services are pending at Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Harlan.

    HARLAN -- Graveside memorial services for Bonnie Petersen will be Friday, July 10.    Petersen, 95, died November 25, 2019.    Visitation will be at Grace Baptist Church, Harlan, from 6:30-7:30 p.m., with the graveside memorial service to follow at 8 p.m. at Rose Hill Cemetery, Kirkman.    All friends are welcome to join the family in a celebration of Petersen’s life.

    HARLAN -- Ruth Ann Barry, 87, Harlan, formerly of Irwin, died June 30 at Myrtue Medical Center in Harlan.    Services will be held Monday, July 6 at 10:30 a.m. at United Methodist Church in Irwin with burial in the Harlan Cemetery.  Visitation is Sunday, July 5 from 4-7 p.m.

    HARLAN - Verda Mae Larsen, 92, died on Mon., June 29. A private graveside service will be held.    Survivors inclulde her daughter, Marie (Warren) Madsen, Newton; sons, Philip (Genene) Larsen, Fontana, CA; Scott (Jeanine) Larsen, Harlan; sister, Lile (Richard) Petersen, Kirkman; seven grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.    Burmeister-Johannsen Funeral Home, Harlan, was in charge of the arrangements.
 

    EARLING - Deborrah Ann “Deb” Gross, 63, died Sun., June 28 in Earling.    Friends were asked to call Wed., July 1 from 1 - 8 p.m. at Burmeister-Johannsen Funeral Home, Harlan. A celebration of life was held Thurs., July 2 at 11 a.m.

OMAHA - Amond Gary Ohms, 89, Omaha, died on Sun., June 28 at his home.    A visitation was held on Wed., July 1 from 4 - 8 p.m. at Pauley Jones Funeral Home, Harlan.

    HARLAN - David North, 60, Harlan, died Friday, June 26 at the Univ. of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha.    Visitation was Wed., July 1 from 5 p.m. - 8 p.m. and funeral services were Thurs., July 2, at 10 a.m.

    KIRKMAN -- Lynn Arthur Baughman, 60, Kirkman, died June 23 at his home.    Graveside services will be held Saturday, June 27 at 2 p.m.

    NEOLA -- Jimmie Darlene “Toe” Driver, 68, Neola, died June 16 at her home.    Services were held Monday, June 22 at 10 a.m.

    AVOCA -- Clarence L. Harder, 92, Avoca, died June 19 at Myrtue Medical Center in Harlan.    Services will be held Tuesday, June 23 at 11 a.m. at Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Avoca with burial in the Graceland Cemetery at Avoca.  Family will greet friends Tuesday from 9-11 a.m.
