    ELK HORN -- Lawrence M. “Rass” Rasmussen, 86, Elk Horn, formerly of Harlan, died Monday, Feb. 8 in Elk Horn.    Services were held Thursday, Feb. 11 at 11 a.m.

    COLUMBIA, MO -- Verlee Mae Henningsen, 89, Columbia, MO, formerly of Shelby County, died February 7 at her home.    A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.    Henningsen is survived by children Blaine (Cheryl) of Jefferson City, MO, Dane of Kansas City, MO and Jane of Kansas City; and two grandsons.    Parker Funeral Service in Columbia, MO is in charge of arrangements. 

    HARLAN -- Betty Jean Campbell, 88, Harlan, died February 3 at her home.    Services will be held Tuesday, Feb. 9 at 11 a.m. at Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Harlan with burial in the Harlan Cemetery.  Visitation is Tuesday from 9:30-11 a.m.

    HARLAN -- Steven Mark Boardman, 51, Harlan, died February 6 at Myrtue Medical Center in Harlan.    Services will be held Thursday, Feb. 11 at 2 p.m. at Bethel Independent Baptist Church in Harlan with burial in the Harlan Cemetery.  Visitation will be Thursday from noon-2 p.m.

    HARLAN -- Sandra S.     HARLAN -- Lyle Arthur Norton, 86, Harlan, died January 25 at Myrtue Medical Center in Harlan.    Services were held Thursday, Jan. 28 at 11 a.m. at Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Harlan with burial in the Harlan Cemetery.    Norton is survived by his wife, Jacquetta Norton, of Harlan; sons Brad Norton of Avoca and Tracey Norton of Harlan; seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
