Ribbon cutting held for Grandma B’s Dream Playground

HARLAN — Staff and ambassadors from Shelby County Chamber of Commerce & Industry joined City of Harlan officials, Grandma B’s Dream Playground Committee members, residents, and donors Sunday, Sept. 27 for a ribbon cutting celebrating the completion of Grandma B’s Dream Playground.
The all-inclusive, accessible playground equipment provides children of all abilities with a safe and welcoming place to play, explore and enjoy time with family and friends. The project was made possible through the fundraising efforts of the Grandma B’s Dream Playground Committee and generous support from community donors.
