LaVale Ann Jensen

LaVale Jensen, daughter of Lake and Velma Green was born on December 21, 1928 in Harlan, Iowa.  She graduated from Harlan High School in 1946. On November 21, 1948 she married the love of her life, Floyd Jensen. They raised 2 daughters, Peggy and Patricia. In 1980 she and Floyd moved to Lake Panorama where they built a log home. She loved living at the lake and entertaining all their friends and family. She was an excellent cook. She and Floyd would enjoy giving all their guests a pontoon ride on the lake. After retirement, they started wintering in Arizona. In 2010 they moved to Arizona year round to be near their family.
    LaVale is survived by her daughter, Peggy and her husband, Terry Thomsen, Son-in-law, Ken Taylor, Grandchildren, Holly and her husband, Bob Valdiviez, John and his wife, Kandice, Joel, and Joshua Taylor, Great grandsons, Nicholas, Christopher and his wife Valorie, and Paul Valdiviez and 2 Great-great grandsons, Howard and Peter Valdiviez.
    LaVale is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Floyd and her daughter, Patricia.
    LaVale passed away at her home at Brookdale in Apache Junction, AZ. She had a wonderful 93 years and will be missed so much
