    OMAHA -- Kenneth Leonard Hoffmann, 78, Omaha, NE, formerly of Harlan, died Sunday, Dec. 12 in Bellevue, NE.
    Services will be held Saturday, Dec. 18, at 2 p.m. at Heafey Hoffmann Dworak Cutler Mortuaries in Omaha.  with visitation starting at 1 p.m.
    Kenneth is survived by his wife, Delores, his children:  Patricia Banks (Michael) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Wayne Hoffmann (Tracie) of Ankeny, IA;  Renee Phillips (Aaron) of Bellevue, NE; grandchildren: Lea and Isaac Banks, Adelyn Hoffmann, Sage and Kole Phillips; brothers: Richard Hoffmann, Allen Hoffmann (Gina), Jerry Hoffmann (Sharon), Marvin Hoffmann; sister, Marilyn Borkowski (Gary); nieces and nephews.
