Atlas Daniel-Joe Gittins

Atlas Daniel-Joe Gittins was born on May 8, 2023 to Amelia Barron and Garrett Gittins in Omaha, Nebraska. Atlas was the sweetest baby boy with the most radiant smile and silliest giggle. In his short three months and fifteen days on Earth, he impacted his family greatly. He loved being talked to and held by his family and they will miss him dearly.
He was welcomed into Heaven by his paternal grandpa, Joseph Gittins and great-grandpa, Bobo Plambeck.
Left to cherrish his memory are his parents Garrett Gittins and Amelia Barron of Persia, IA; brother Huxley Gittins; grandparents Raquel & Daniel Barron of Persia; Katie (“Scooby”) Krohn of Minden, IA; great grandparents Miguel & Vanessa Barajas of Omaha, NE; Cara Vasquez of Bellevue, NE;  Carol (the late Bobo) Plambeck of Persia; David Gittins of Logan, IA; Debbie Gittins of Omaha, NE;Randy & Lea Krohn of Omaha; Nancy Krohn of Minden, IA.
An 11:00 Funeral Service was officiated by Pastor Bonnie Dollen at Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Harlan, Iowa on Saturday, September 2, 2023. A burial will be held at a later date at Minden Cemetery in Minden, Iowa.
Pauley Jones Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
