Lavina Gross, 99

    HARLAN -- Lavina Rose Gross, 99, Harlan, died April 17 at Hansen House.    Services will be held Wednesday, April 21 at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Earling with burial in the St. Joseph’s Cemetery at Earling.    Visitation is Tuesday, April 20 from 4-8 p.m. with a Catholic Daughters Rosary at 7 p.m. at the church.    Gross is survived by daughters Joan (Bill) Erlbacher of Earling, Kathy (Mike) Laumann of Flower Mound, TX, and Jeanne (Tom) Fibley of Papillion, NE; sons Duane (Liz) Gross of Omaha, NE, Dean Gross of Cedar Rapids, Declan (Gayla) Gross of Earling, and David Gross of Des Moines; son-in-law Ed Lapke of Dunlap; 27 grandchildren, 46 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.    Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Harlan is in charge of arrangements.
