Butler, Bylund are honored by Harlan Fire Department

 HARLAN — The Harlan Fire Department held the Annual Banquet Saturday, March 7 at the Harlan Golf and Country Club. 
 Chad Butler was recognized for 30 years of service. Chad has served in the capacity of Firefighter, Captain, and Assistant Chief. 
 Chris Bylund received the Firefighter of the Year award for 2025. Chris has served in the capacity of Firefighter and currently holds the position of President of the Harlan Fire Department. Chris also holds the position of Fifth Vice President of the Iowa Firefighters Association.
